Welcome to the chair workout package. Here are a series of focused workouts that in less than ten minutes will aim to develop stamina, strength, mobility and help to release a build up of tension in the body. These exercises will be accessible to do both standing to break up long periods of sitting, or provide a non weight bearing approach to exercise if you require it from illness or injury. Ultimately you can multi task some exercise whilst you are at home! I hope you enjoy the sessions! Pick and choose the ones that you want to do – any order, combination or replay as often as you like!

Please make sure that you use a chair that is stable – with a back support. Check that your have the correct height by placing your feet flat on the floor and check that your knees are level to your hips. If the floor space is smooth/laminate, place the chair on your mat for more stability.
